Victor Filinkov is an anarchist movement activist. By profession a programmer. Victor is also a member of the Linux community.
In 2018, he was detained by FSB at St Petersburg airport and tortured and accused of participating in the ′′ Network ′′ organization (fictitious organization created by FSB).
He was sentenced in a faked trial to 7 years of penalty camp under part 2 Art. 205.4th Penalty Code of the Russian Federation.
