Today Alfredo Cospito has entered his 116 day on Hunger Strike.
Around the world there this week there has been a call for solidarity actions to help highlight the urgent help needed to save the life of the Italian anarchist prisoner, Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike.
Here in Ireland as elsewhere, anarchists are organising solidarity gatherings and protests to help highlight the urgency needed to end the hunger strike and put and end to the 41-BIS torture regime imposed upon prisoners within the Italian prison system.
The international call-out is asking anarchists and supporters to create and take part in solidarity pickets, banner drops and protests in an effort to help highlight what is currently happening in Italy and to help end the torture treatment that Alfredo is subjected to.
